Hello!
I am back on British shores after an extended trip in the United States.
Despite my last minute absence on Monday, I heard Too Far Comedy was an absolute belter with Kristian Allman at the helm. Lovely stuff.
But I will be back this Monday at the Artillery Arms. Can not wait!
You know the drill. Doors open from 7.15pm.
😂 Far Too Funny List
📺 Watching - Cricket legend Monty Panesar went viral in 2019 for a disastrous performance on the tv quiz show Celebrity Mastermind. 6 years later he’s looking for redemption and has hit the streets of London to see if they can do better than he did by asking the same questions. London vs My Mastermind Disaster on Monty’s new Youtube channel is very funny. The Artillery Arms makes an appearance, also someone you may know makes the shortest of cameos…
🎧 Listening - The brilliant Dan Cohen has a terrific new podcast called The Sin Bin Pod (Spotify here). Each week his guests spill their worst sins or most embarrassing story. I listened to the chat with Hannah Lloyd-Davies who had some quite gruesome revelations of when she lived in an Australian hostel. There’s also a brutal question asked at the end from Too Far Comedy regular Marc Cox! Give this a listen and subscribe!
📕 Reading - Excited to be back hosting Too Far Comedy on Monday. Lets see how rusty I am after nearly a month away. Fortunately Ollie Horn has posted an article on Chortle called: How not to be an MC. There’s some really good information in there.
🎬 New Video
Can I Survive 3 Comedy Gigs in One Day? is my new video on YouTube. Some brilliant cameos including Caroline McEvoy, Mark Moloney and Michael McPheat.
