Hello!
My last show on Monday as MC for a couple of months was a blast! Thanks to all that came along.
There’s no Too Far Comedy this Monday as it’s a Bank Holiday.
We’ll be back on 12th May. Details on that night, coming up in next week’s newsletter.
😂 Far Too Funny List
📺 Watching - Remember last year when I did a series of quick fire interviews on our Instagram channel, with different comedians giving their Far Too Funny Lists? Well, Matthew Ali said his favourite comedy special is Michelle Buteau: Welcome to Buteaupia on Netflix. I finally got around to watching it this week and loved it, especially the stories about working with JLO and getting a family photo taken in the Netherlands.
🎧 Listening - This week I listened to Norm MacDonald’s special Me Doing Standup on Apple Music (on Spotify here). His routine on The News is incredible!
📕 Reading - My wife loves Daniel Foxx’s Instagram reels. The Guardian have an interview with him, Daniel Foxx: ‘Every comedian has a notes app with joke ideas – if mine got wiped, my career would be over’. Really interesting to read where his first gig was.
🎤 Where you can see me perform
