Hello!
Hope you’ve been having a great week even if the weather in London can’t make up its mind!
Come rain or shine Too Far Comedy will be back this Monday! Doors open at 7.15pm at the Artillery Arms.
Thanks to everyone who applied to perform with us in July. We’re now fully booked. Spots for August will become available in this newsletter in a few weeks.
😂 Far Too Funny List
📺 Watching - I mentioned last week that I recently saw Josh Pugh at Leicester Square Theatre and found him hilarious. I’ve now watched one of his recent full comedy specials on YouTube: Josh Pugh | Live From Birmingham Town Hall. It’s great, but if you see him live soon, wait until afterwards to watch this special as there are a couple of bits (not many) that he performs in both.
🎧 Listening - I’ve been laughing out loud this week to the Elis James and John Robins podcast. I love the idea of the Made Up Game feature. You should play the game in this episode next time you’re in an airport!
📕 Reading - The Guardian have published a great interview with Standup and TikToker Abi Clarke: ‘Why did I get into comedy? Attention!’ It’s fascinating to hear how she has grown a following of over 2 million on TikTok.
🎬 New Video
Facing My Toughest Crowd: WRESTLING FANS! is my latest YouTube vlog. Laugh and learn at my comedy journey. Please check it out and SUBSCRIBE. New videos on a Friday!
I’ve also started to publish a few bits of my crowd work on YouTube Shorts & I’ve been encouraged to see a couple have hit 10k+ views!
