Hello from Massachusetts!
I’m over in the good ol’ US of A for a little holiday.
Don’t worry Too Far Comedy will still be running this Monday.
We’ve got a guest MC in Toni Divic! Please come and support Toni and the night. Doors open at the Artillery Arms at 7.15pm. Free entry.
Thanks to everyone who applied to perform with us in February. Honestly I was taken aback by how many people wanted a spot. Absolutely inundated. Apologies to many of you who I was unable to offer a spot to this time.
I’ll be putting the dates for March and April together in the next form to make sure I can get as many of you on as possible. That’ll be released in this newsletter in a few weeks.
😂 Far Too Funny List
📺 Watching - I don’t think I’ve ever heard my wife laugh so much at a comedy special as she did at Nate Bargatze’s new one on Netflix: Your Friend. Lots of relatable material and arguably even more impressive is that it’s all clean!
🎧 Listening - The Comedian’s Comedian podcast with Stuart Goldsmith has kicked off 2025 with a bang. He’s dropped a fantastic episode with Russell Howard. We get an insight into his writer’s room, how he’s trying to look for jokes that hit in the centre and I learned what the word clapter means.
