Hello!
It doesn’t happen often but I will not be at Too Far Comedy this Monday.
Don’t worry the show must go on! Audience and comedians you’ll be in the safe hands of the legendary Tom Dell!
Doors open at the Artillery Arms from 7.15pm. I’ll be back the following week!
😂 Far Too Funny List
📺 Watching - Having already enjoyed the videos with Dua Lipa and Rihanna, I knew the latest Seth Meyers Goes Day Drinking would be good. And with Kevin Hart it delivered. It’s a simple concept that produces hilarious results.
🎧 Listening - Saturday Night Live returned for its 50th season in the U.S. this past weekend. So it was good timing that I had been listening to Fly on the Wall with Dana Carvey and David Spade. In each podcast, they speak to a fellow SNL alum to get their perspective on their time at the iconic sketch show. I enjoyed their chat with Chris Rock.
📕 Reading - It’s been a while since I’ve recommended something from the excellent Authentic Comedian and How to stand out at an open-mic is a really good article.
🎬 New Video
I told Jokes in a Pub for 1 Year has been doing nicely on my YouTube channel so I’ve delayed posting a new video. But the first episode from the new 2024 season goes live on Friday! If you haven’t already please Subscribe to the channel!
