Hello!
Too Far Comedy is on a hiatus for one more week due to an event at the Artillery Arms.
We’ll be back on September 9th for more laughs! Until then, let’s hit the list!
😂 Far Too Funny List
📺 Watching - I said a couple of weeks ago I’d be posting more content from the YouTube channel Comedy Without Errors. The Genius of Sean Lock is another one of their videos and is a brilliant deconstruction of the legendary British comedian. They analyse his comedic excellence on both the stage and the TV show 8 Out of 10 Cats. I learned a lot in this video.
🎧 Listening - I’m always looking for good stand-up to watch so I listened to the Good One: A Podcast About Jokes episode appropriately named: Best Specials of the Year So Far. Lots of great comedy to watch that I will likely mention in future newsletters!
📕 Reading - There’s a fascinating article in BBC Future called: An AI walks into a bar... Can artificial intelligence be genuinely funny?
